“Robotic affirming” is a term used by creators including Sammy Ingram for repeating a chosen statement without trying to generate an intense feeling every time. This original tool gives that practice a timer and a place to focus.
- Choose a statement about your own identity or actions.
- Repeat silently or aloud. Tap only if counting helps.
- Finish when you choose. Take one useful step in your day.
The display is a visual metaphor, not a measurement of your mind. Repetition cannot guarantee money, health, a relationship or control over another person. Stop or take a break if the practice feels stressful. For adults; educational personal-development support, not treatment.
Does this program my subconscious?
There is no “programming percentage” or scientifically established repetition count here. The timer measures time and the counter records your taps. Nothing more is claimed.
Do I need an account or a paid product?
No. The timer, counter and session card are free. Paid resources below are optional and cover different ways to practice.
What happens if I switch apps?
The timer uses elapsed time rather than counting animation frames. If your phone sleeps or suspends the tab, it catches up when you return. Visual cues may stop in the background. Keep this page open for the full visual experience.
