Version 1.0. A practical identity reset for students who understand self-concept but need a repeatable system.
Self-concept is not a slogan. It is the identity you rehearse through attention, reaction, speech, expectation, and behavior. This system helps you notice the old pattern, choose the new assumption, and practice from it daily.
| Prompt | Your Notes |
|---|---|
| What story do I keep telling about myself? | |
| Where do I keep reacting from fear or lack? | |
| What identity would make the desired life feel natural? | |
| What behavior would confirm the new identity today? |
Write the repeating sentence behind the pattern. Example: "I am always overlooked." Do not fight it. Identify it.
Write the new assumption as a lived identity. Example: "I am naturally respected, chosen, and heard."
Choose a 5-10 second scene that would imply the identity is normal. Keep it simple enough to repeat while sleepy.
For one day, notice any sentence that argues for the old identity. Replace it calmly.
Choose one ordinary action the new version of you would take today. Make it small and real.
Replay one moment from the week and change your inner posture. The goal is not denial. It is training your state.
Write what became easier, what still triggers you, and what you will practice next week.
