30-Day Assumption Practice System

Version 1.0. A daily implementation plan for assumption, revision, SATS, identity, and emotional consistency.

Educational use only. This workbook does not guarantee outcomes. Use it as a structured reflection and personal development practice.

Daily Baseline

  1. Morning: Write the state you are choosing today.
  2. Midday: Notice the strongest old reaction.
  3. Evening: Revise one moment.
  4. Night: Enter SATS with one simple scene.

30-Day Plan

Day 1: Define one desire in plain language. Ask what state would make it natural.
Day 2: Write the identity of the person for whom this desire is normal.
Day 3: Build a 5-second imaginal scene.
Day 4: Practice the scene without forcing emotion.
Day 5: Track inner speech for one full day.
Day 6: Revise one conversation or memory.
Day 7: Weekly review: what state did you actually live from?
Day 8: Refine your scene so it implies completion, not effort.
Day 9: Remove language that keeps the desire far away.
Day 10: Practice "I remember when..." for the old problem.
Day 11: Choose one action from the fulfilled identity.
Day 12: Create a calm response to doubt.
Day 13: Study your triggers without judging them.
Day 14: Weekly review: what became less urgent?
Day 15: Focus on money, confidence, or relationships for one week.
Day 16: Write three assumptions that support that area.
Day 17: Practice the assumption in an ordinary moment.
Day 18: Revise a setback from the new state.
Day 19: Add gratitude without pretending everything is perfect.
Day 20: Reduce the practice to one sentence and one scene.
Day 21: Weekly review: what evidence did you stop needing?
Day 22: Identify where you still argue for the old story.
Day 23: Replace one old sentence with a new normal sentence.
Day 24: Practice a quiet confidence walk or routine.
Day 25: Record one moment of changed self-perception.
Day 26: Use SATS for rest, not performance.
Day 27: Choose one supportive environment cue.
Day 28: Weekly review: what should continue?
Day 29: Write your maintenance plan.
Day 30: Decide the next 30-day practice focus.

Success Metric

The metric is not whether life instantly changes on command. The metric is whether your attention, inner speech, daily state, and behavior become more coherent with the identity you are practicing.
